There is no doubt that aesthetic medicine\u00a0is one of the fastest-growing fields closely related to beauty, and constituting a branch of medicine.\u00a0Although many people still confuse it with plastic surgery (we&#8217;ll talk about the basic differences between the two in a moment), it is developing so rapidly that awareness about it is growing &#8211; among men and women alike.\u00a0What is it really and what treatments can be distinguished within it?<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aesthetic medicine, as we mentioned before, is a field of medicine that is often confused with plastic surgery. All because, like her, it deals with the subject of beauty and interference in the human body. However, the first fundamental difference is already visible here &#8211;\u00a0aesthetic medicine focuses on non-invasive (or minimally invasive) methods of improving beauty\u00a0. While plastic surgery procedures are very often performed under anesthesia, during hospital stay and with the usually quite long convalescence, aesthetic medicine gets rid of all these elements.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.naspokojnejfali.pl\/detektyw-czym-dokladnie-zajmuja-sie-osoby-wykonujace-ten-zawod\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.naspokojnejfali.pl\/detektyw-czym-dokladnie-zajmuja-sie-osoby-wykonujace-ten-zawod\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Balsam do cia\u0142a\" href=\"https:\/\/www.futura.edu.pl\/balsam-do-ciala\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.futura.edu.pl\/balsam-do-ciala\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bluescity.pl\/af-co-to-znaczy-fotografia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.bluescity.pl\/af-co-to-znaczy-fotografia\/<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In aesthetic medicine, the scalpel is replaced by a laser, and in some cases by injections or micro-punctures.\u00a0So we&#8217;re not dealing with stitches\u00a0, but rather redness and swelling &#8211; and you don&#8217;t usually need time to recover.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The biggest differences, however, are visible in the very goals of the treatments\u00a0&#8211; aesthetic medicine aims to stimulate natural cellular processes, usually leading to the elimination of the effects of aging.\u00a0Plastic surgery, in turn, interferes with the human body, changing the\u00a0permanent\u00a0features of its appearance (often using foreign bodies, for example in the form of implants), usually for &#8220;aesthetic&#8221; purposes, but sometimes also to improve the quality of life and remove unnatural deformities.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/skleppodologiczny.com.pl\/kategoria-produktu\/frezy\/polerki-i-nablyszczacze\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">skleppodologiczny.com.pl\/kategoria-produktu\/frezy\/polerki-i-nablyszczacze\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/sklep-spozywczy.waw.pl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sklep-spozywczy.waw.pl<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/blog-medyczny.com.pl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">blog-medyczny.com.pl<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">What does aesthetic medicine do?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Knowing how different from plastic surgery a branch of medicine is\u00a0aesthetic medicine,\u00a0it is worth getting acquainted with the treatments that we can use within it.\u00a0The most popular and at the same time famous for their effectiveness are:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li aria-level=\"1\">ultrasound treatments\u00a0&#8211; they are used primarily to improve the figure;\u00a0the most famous treatment here is cavitation peeling, in which high-frequency waves cause flaking of the epidermis, and at the same time cleanse and smooth the skin;\u00a0cavitation liposuction is also very often performed, in which ultrasound is used to break down fat cells, which are then excreted by the body itself through its own metabolic processes;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">mechanical massages\u00a0&#8211; this type of massage is used to influence the shape (modeling) of the figure;\u00a0most often endermology is used for this, which uses pressure to suck skin folds, then massaging them strongly and thus breaks down the subcutaneous fat, responsible, among others, for cellulite;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">treatments using cold\u00a0&#8211; one of the most common treatments of this type is cryolipolysis, which is designed to destroy fat cells by freezing them;\u00a0on its own, however, it requires multiple repetitions depending on the part of the body in which it is performed;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">mesotherapy\u00a0&#8211; one of the most frequently performed treatments in aesthetic medicine, which consists in introducing (and usually injecting) an appropriate substance into deep parts of the skin in order to obtain a natural rejuvenating effect, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin the substance that is most often used here is hyaluronic acid, but it is not the only option &#8211; you can also use vitamins A, E and C for this purpose, as well as aloe or green tea extract;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">laser therapy\u00a0&#8211; this group of treatments includes all those that use a laser &#8211; this one perfectly copes with all kinds of imperfections;\u00a0is known for its effectiveness in, among others, getting rid of (or reducing) scars, discoloration, wrinkles and stretch marks;\u00a0many treatments in the field of laser therapy completely burn out some tissues, forcing the body to replace them with fresh ones (this in turn leads to a &#8220;new&#8221;, bright and smooth skin);<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">filling\u00a0&#8211; it is this element that makes\u00a0aesthetic medicine\u00a0very often confused with plastic surgery;\u00a0filling treatments allow you to fill in wrinkles and enlarge selected parts of the body (including the lips);\u00a0they use the popular hyaluronic acid and botulinum toxin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Summary<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aesthetic medicine\u00a0has been a very important branch of medicine for many years, but, contrary to appearances, it is not only used by people who want to enlarge their lips.\u00a0In fact, it consists of many more treatments, each of which works &#8211;
